Glory be to God for all things! Welcome to our site!
Orthodox Christianity in Romania begins, according to the Holy Tradition, with St. Ap. Andrew preaching the Word on the shores of the Black Sea. Over the next two millennia, the Orthodox faith has been regarded as the most holy and valuable inheritance to be passed down, from past to future generations. Despite all abundant hardships, Romanians have fought through and kept their faith immaculate, sometimes in ink, but most times in blood. Today, thousands of churches and monasteries, found throughout, from the most remote villages to the large cities, stand witness to that faith, in their own time and place. The faithful, each in their own power, have cherished and protected this legacy and will continue to do so wholeheartedly until the glorious coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Part of this legacy are the blessed hands of those manufacturing the garments for the clergy, craftsmanship which has been passed down from generation to generation, father to son, older hardened hands teaching young eager ones, in a complete symbiosis of faith. From such hands come the clergy vestments, which we humbly present before you.
